Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we do, Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Bare in mind that additional customs fees might be applied when it arrives at your doorstep. This will be your responsibility to pay. Do check the local laws and fees for your country. 

Can I pick my order up in person?
Most probably not. But you could catch us at our next market IRL HERE or follow us on instagram or facebook to find out what’s happening.

Do you do custom creatures?
Yes, we do. Here is a form you can fill up. If you have a grand idea that fits outside the form, we’d love to hear it, send us a message here.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?
Allow about two weeks for your creature to reach you. Most likely it will take less than a week. In any case you will be notified as soon as your fledgling has flown the coop.

I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?
Contact us so we can track what’s happening from our side. Most parcels are sent first/second class signed for or use a courier with tracking information. It should, in theory, arrive safely if not timely :) 


What is your return policy?
We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase. Contact us if you have any problems with your order.

My creature/ garment / bag / cushion is having trouble, what do I do?
Contact us ASAP, within the first month of purchase, if something is coming undone, a face is falling off, a buckle broke, send us a message and we will fix it for you. Bare in mind, we are not responsible to fix regular wear and tear or use that is contraindicated on the care card (care info here)

I made a mistake in my order, help!
No worries, send us an email, with all your info, and we’ll cancel that for you.
